Congratulations to HH's D/P SNF Subacute Unit for receiving a CMS 5-Star Quality Rating!

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) annually assigns star ratings to hospitals nationwide based on their performance across several quality categories. We're pleased to share that Healdsburg Hospital's D/P SNF Subacute Unit received 5 stars from CMS this year! 

The Subacute rating is based on three performance sources: health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. In addition to receiving high ratings across CMS's performance measures, our Subacute COVID vaccination rates were above the national average at 89.2%. Great work!

Congratulations to all of our incredible caregivers and staff who make recognitions like this possible. We're proud of our commitment to patient safety and satisfaction, and we couldn't do this crucial work without each of you.
