Watch: New video shares Mobile Health Clinic patient stories

The Providence Health Equity team recently released some awe-inspiring videos showcasing the amazing work of our caregivers across the organization. 

In Sonoma County, caregivers from Community Health and several of our patients were featured in a film about our Mobile Health Clinic. The clinic provides urgent and episodic care for the most vulnerable in our community including those who are uninsured and under-insured. Hear directly from patients how our Mobile Health Clinic team is living our promise to “know me, care for me, ease my way.” The final result of this video is breathtaking and demonstrates the dedication of our caregivers to improving the lives of those we serve.
