Excellent experience.

Everyone was very professional. They put me a ease regarding the surgery that I will be having.

Dr. Ott encouraged me to ask questions. He personally called my wife and put her on speaker so that he and I could include her in how and when I will receive my heart surgery. He has a great sense of humor and a very comforting manner. He will have my life in his hands and I trust him implicitly.

Dr. Ott is the absolute best.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ott who will be performing my surgery in 3 weeks. I found him to be very informative, he explained my problem and surgery thoroughly and made me & my family feel very positive about this upcoming procedure.

I appreciate that Dr. Ott took the extra time to ensure that we understood the procedure and risks. He listened to my questions and provided thoughful and well reasoned responses.

We left the appointment answers to all our questions and with new knowledge that made us feel confident in our decision to have the procedure done at providence.

Dr Ott was amazing. He really took the tume to understand my inerests outside of my health and we had a fantastic discussion about a trilogy we've both read around the War in the Pacific in WWII. He has a great bedside manner.

I appreciate the personal care I get at Providence and the unhurried conversations. I have with doctors and nurses.
