Dr Anderson did not seem too interested in my situation. After Dr Dunlap I was assigned him but I never got a chance for a visit. Having surgery soon and I needed clearance from my cardiologist. I felt like it was a mediocre visit and my surgeon did not get any notice that it was ok for the surgery. I am very disappointed

Dr Anderson is a very good communicator. He is kind, concerned and reasonable. He explained my condition and test results and referred me for a further test.

The cardiologist, urologist, and neurologist are very knowledgeable, therefore you can trust there opinions and action plans. They also answer questions when asked.

The front desk staff was very busy but got me checked in using my completed E Check in on My Chart. The back staff and Med Assistants were friendly, and efficient. Dr Anderson was great!

Dr Andersen listened to me, about the gastrointestinal symptoms and this information plus the test results and recommended a medication that has lowered my blood pressure, it was great to speak to a doctor I'm still waiting to talk to the gastrointestinal doctor after months . My only feedback is that of leaving a voicemail and getting called back. We played a bit of phone tag before we actually were able to talk. Otherwise everything else was great!

Dr. Anderson was very thorough not only in the questions he asked of me, but also provided additional, very helpful advise on going forward with my heart meds and other future health concerns/cares regarding my medications. I'm afraid I would have to say the front desk girl on the left as I stood before the counter, was very cold, giving off an unfriendly, unapproachable air, what little eye contact was made w me wasn't saying "how can I help you?" A pleasant facial smile and welcoming eyes could've easily quelled, even removed the frigid air between her and me.

My meeting with Dr Anderson was very brief. He mentioned my Calcium test score from several years ago and said that it didn't seem to be affecting my blood flow, so far. I brought up my concern about diabetes. He agreed that was a concern and suggested that diet and exercise was important. The appointment ended.In his notes on MyChart, he states that he instructed me on the basics of the Mediterranean diet, made specific recommendations, gave recommendations about where to find recipes, instructed about exercise, weight loss, alcohol consumption, life style modifications and more. None of this happened. I messaged Dr. Anderson and suggested that he had perhaps confused me with another patient. I have not heard back from him nor has anything in the notes been changed or removed.

This was the first meeting. I thought it went pretty well. It will take time to build the relationship.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He considered my personal risk factors and conditions in making recommendations.

Great experience!

This provider did not provide good quality of care compared to the previous provider that I had. He was not prepared for the appointment and did not spend a lot of time assessing or trying to understand my heart conditions. He didn't even check my heart. Only asked if I feel ok. He seemed very inexperienced and did not discuss any of the results of my tests that I completed prior to the appointment. I had to bring it up. I plan to switch my provider.

My appointments have been scheduled to accomodate travel to and from the appointment. The appointments were on time and done in a timely manner. Provider was easy to talk to and easy to understand. He did not make me feel rushed and I felt "heard" when talking to him about why I was there.

This visit was to evaluate if I was a candidate for a heart procedure and I thought it was an excellent experience.

I was referred to this cardiologist by my regular physician, and was immediately given an appointment, and was very satisfied with my visit with this cardiologist!

I do not give 10 ratings because nothing is ever perfect. But my experience with this health care provider was top-notch. No complaints.

FYI, I am transitioning to this provider and this was the first time meeting him and first appointment with him. I am pleased to have him as my cardiologist, and look forward to future appointments with him.

I was very impressed that Dr Anderson listened to me face to face... Not on the computer. He listened and understood my concerns and addressed each one and I am feeling better as I follow his instructions.

Havent had a primary doctor in almost a year

This was my first visit with this doctor. He wasn't completely familiar with my history, didn't notice that I was due for a carotid scan, and didn't order another blood test prior to my next check-up, which I have been doing regularly since 2008. I'll have to wait and see if I become comfortable with this doctor.

I found Dr. Anderson to be exceptionally patient and helpful. He listened to what I had to say and responded in a friendly respectful way and offered Information and treatment options. Providence is fortunate to have him In the practice.
