Pleasant personality

I have been seeing this provider for serval years and they are always attentive, knowledgeable and go over my health issues with me.

I have not one complaint about anything. They were all lovely people

I must admit that my most recent visit was actually the most Pleasant one I'd had yet. It seemed like she actually took an interest in my medical care this time rather than just judging me. I really hate to say anything, because this experience was so much better and I wouldn't want it to go back to the way it was before. But previously she did seem extremely judgmental about me because of my size as I am a plus size woman. And she treated me as if it was because all I ever do is make unhealthy decisions. Which is not true at all, as I am a very active person who also eats very healthy. I have been trying for many years to find a physician who will help me figure out what is wrong and if it might be my thyroid as thyroid disorders run in my family quite heavily.

It was difficult answering this survey as I only saw Donita for possibly 5 minutes. She instantly recognized that I was in A fib and called the RRT who wheeled me to the ER for more advanced treatment. She did her job very well.

For the last many months Ms. Jensen has been carrying the patient load of more than a single provider would normally be expected to keep up with. And she's been doing It well. I have been a Cardiology clinic patient for a long time (years) and have seen it fully staffed as well as short-handed. I have no reason to feel that the quality of the care that they provided was impacted, I have been sometimes inconvenienced by the wait for routine appointments, which cannot be blamed on the clinic staff. They have done very well by me.

I am happy with Ms. Jensen. I think she is better than the cardiologist I previously saw. She also went over the results of the heart monitor I wore.

She knew I needed an echocardiogram soon as my condition is advancing. We have to waitUntil Aug due to ins. If I need help I will go to ER. She also wants me to see an M.D. After I Have the echo. She is very knowledgeable.

Explained everything and listened to me explaining why I did some things the way I did and what my reasoning was for what I did and was not criticized, she then explained to me why I may want to do things a bit differently.I could tell that she genuinely cared for my opinion and wanted to make sure I did fully understand the consequences of doing a few things differently that what she recommended.

They had been removed since covid and we're not available.
