Nurse Gretchen is caring, compassionate, respectful and is easy to talk to. She is also not afraid to let you know what you need to do to take better care of yourself. My only complaint is how long one has to wait to get an appointment with her. I think this time I had to wait 4 or 5 months, and they would not refill my prescription until after I had an appointment. That, to me, is not acceptable.

She's true full and down to the point.
