My appointment with Dr. Curtis was a positive one. This was the first time I had met him. I did not feel rushed in anyway. He took time with me in answering any questions I had, explained what he felt was the cause of my issue and how we will go about Rx. He was very kind, friendly and explained things in a fashion I would understand. His staff was courteous and friendly.

Dr. Curtis is always prompt, kind, courteous, and thorough. I could not make an appointment with him until I called him privately (which he had given me permission to do). I called the usual office number 2-3 times a month for at least 3 months to try to schedule but met with problems of one kind or another and/or was told no appointments were available. Once I contacted Dr. Curtis it was easy to schedule the echocardigram and appointment. Should it be so difficult, do you think, to make an appointment with a cardiologist?

Visit was an in person follow-up following a TAVR IMPLANT 6 months ago and a virtual visit with providers ARNP 30 days following the procedure. Dr Curtis did a fantastic job during this appointment. Listened to my concerns on medication and adjusted doses accordingly with instruction to contact his office in 1 month and report any changes. The entire staff in this practice is highly professional and delivers excellent care.

Good professional experience that I expect from a health care advisor

It is challenging to get an appointment because he is so busy. I appreciate the help I got so we could come during better weather months.

I live 3 hours away from Spokane and arrived earlier than scheduled. Both the cardiac echo lab and Dr Curtis worked me in as soon as possible without inconveniencing other patients, which was greatly appreciated.

Excellent cardiologist

This was my first appointment with Dr. Curtis for a consultation. He did an excellent job of explaining my condition to me and easing my concerns about my diagnosis. I don't recall ever having a negative experience with any staff at Providence Sacred Heart either as a patient or in my former position as a social worker with Washington state but Dr. Curtis was very thorough and engaging.

Everything was great!

I liked Dr.Curtis's honesty in dealing with my heart problems. I feel that he had my best interest in mind.
