This has been a very positive experience for me. Dr. Wei is very knowledgeable and professional. Having eye surgery was a bit scary for me but Dr. Wei and the Surgery Center did a great job! I have to go back to get my other eye done and have no worries at all.

I was very impressed with Dr Wei . She was very quick, attentive, and explained to me very clearly my situation being a new found health concern that wasn't aware of and Dr Wei immediately started treatment and was clear with an explanation why it was needed. I called a friend who's one of the top ophthalmologists in LA. He called me back and said I dodged a bullet with what was going on and Dr Wei was doing exactly what was needed.

I saw Dr for Dry eye problem. She recommend eye gel at night & drops 5 times a day. I am doing much better. Her assistant was very good before I saw the Dr.

Getting an appointment with Dr. Wei and my up coming Dermatologist was/is 3 months away. It should Not take this long to schedule specialty appointments. And if they have to cancel and reschedule it's even longer. Facey needs to employ more specialists. Dr.Wei was working as fast as she could to service all of her patients. Other than that, I love this group.

Dr. Wei saw me twice outside normal office hours to ensure my eye pressure was within acceptable range during a crisis over the weekend. I could not have asked for a better doctor to care for me!

Dr. Wei's staff administer a variety of tests at the beginning of the visit, then Dr. Wei reviews the results and does some clinical observations herself. Then, she explains all of the results thoroughly and asks if the patient has any questions. It is a very organized and thorough approach and I feel that my issues are being well taken care of.

I truly believe that every contact I have with anyone from receptionist to the great doctors that provide their expertise and keep me enjoying life, I feel extremely comfortable and pleased with the organization and service provided. Most of the time, I almost feel like you all are my extended family.
