Dr Yin is a very attentive dermatologist. This is my second visit for annual skin check.

Everyone I had contact with was exceptional.

Dr.Yin is very friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener to what I have to say. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist. Her assistant is very good, too.

This was my first visit with Dr. Natalie Yin. She was outstanding! Dr. Yin was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Yin for dermatology care. The only problem was that my appointment with Dr. Yin was scheduled over a year later. I can honestly see why It took so long for my appointment, as she is an amazing doctor! I did hear that her schedule is opening up now. Dr. Yin was worth the wait!

Wait time was months to get an appointment is long, which was okay because this was routine. (Last time I saw her I had a concern I felt needed addressing right away and it took abt 5 months to get in, during which time the condition worsened significantly.Dr Yin and her assistant were friendly and professional. They each had a sense of humor (if they didn't they faked it VERY well and had the courtesy to laugh at what I thought were my amusing remarks.)

Dr.Yin is the best doctor I have encountered. She does her homework before seeing the patient and knew what tests I have taken and familiarize herself about me unlike other providers - I usually have to tell them my situation even when I have seen them before. I've only started to see Dr. Yin last year, but she understands my condition and listen to my concerns and gives good advices. I wish all my doctors are as good as her.

Dr. Yon is very busy and had a hard time scheduling appointments with her. Left a cancellation notice and the office did call after several weeks. She was on time and very friendly and helpful. More over I feel a lot better so the diagnosis made was correct and treatment right on. Could not ask for more.

Dr Yin called personally to discuss the result of the biopsy which I appreciate very much. I've never received a call before from other providers. They usually do a very brief comment after any test. Dr. Yin seems to genuinely care about her patients. However, it was very difficult to make a first appointment for my skin condition - I had to wait 6 months.

Dr. Yin is one of the best providers I've ever had. She comes in the room with good, positive energy. She remembers me and my condition and experience. She advocates for me when I come up against roadblocks with medication I need. She never seems to be bothered by questions and request. She does thorough, regular skin checks which makes me feel confident that we'll catch any skin issues before they become malignant, which is a worry for me. I feel very fortunate and grateful that there was space in her practice when I needed a dermatologist, and got matched with her. She's the very best.

She was the only doctor who took time to really look at my skin, specifically some discolored areas, and it was in these areas that the melanoma was found by her. I am very thankful to have her as my doctor and have asked my husband to get referred to her as well.
