Excellent Doctor who was reassuring about my condition and detailed description on what he was going to do. He was concerned that I was comfortable during treatment.

Appreciated that he talked me through what was a scary procedure.

Generally fine. Though first patient appointments are generally 4-6 months out. I had an urgent referral from GP to Dermo, and they got me in the same week. All in all, it was good. Dr. Zu, though young, is very respectful and professional. As a retired nurse, I felt completely at ease.

Dr. Zhu is very friendly and explained well.

I am very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Zhu's. He is attentive, detailed and highly proactive. He clearly cares about his patients and is willing to extend himself to ensure that he has explored every avenue in an effort to secure the best possible solution. Dr Zhu and his clinic support is excellent!

Dr. Zhu came into the appointment very well prepared. He studied my medical history closely. He explained the diagnosis clearly and answered all my questions well. The instruction for at home care is easy to follow. The visit with him gave me a peace of mind that I have a hope in recovery. I had a follow up visit with him, and my condition is in great improvement.

Dr, Zhu provides careful exams, is friendly, thoughtful and thorough. Although he listens to me pointing out various skin problems, I have confidence that he will discern which of them are are actually serious and recommend surgery or other treatment when needed. While I thought I might have pre-cancerous areas on my legs, he discovered an actual cancer on my nose that I was completely oblivious to, and we quickly had it successfully excised by a surgeon.

I saw this provider because I was not happy with my previous provider at this clinic. This provider exceeded my expectations and provided the care I think I needed but was not sure I was going to get, so "thank you!".

Thorough, comprehensive exam, competent biopsy and anesthesia and culture and sensitivity provided..

I cannot recommend Dr. Zhu and his staff highly enough. The very best endorsement I can offer is that I feel Dr. Zhu and his staff are a) utterly competent and b) demonstrate true engagement and deep caring for me as a patient. I simply cannot ask for more.

Doctor was excellent with clear conveyance of relevant knowledge and recommendations and patience in addressing questions and concerns.Scheduling, however, was crazy. At the time of initial request, the earliest available appointment was about 4 months out... and PCP was concerned about possible melanoma.

Dr. Zhu was the most well-spoken, kind, patient provider that I have had yet in the Providence System. I liked very much that he spoke aloud as to what he was doing before he did it, why he was doing what he was doing / needed to do, and what that meant for me / my health in terms that I could understand. For a physician as young as he is (or appears to be) that is a VERY uncommon set of talents. I will 100% go back to him for any care in the way of dermatology.

I really like dr zhu. I feel he is the best dermatologist I've seen in years. I have a lot of sun damage where I need to see a doctor 1-3 times a year and I feel confident in his treatments. The only reason I was late getting in to see him was the patient before me didn't show up until my appointment time.

This was my first appt with Dr.Zhu. My former dermatologist has relocated. Dr Zhu was very pleasant & informative. I was immediately at ease trusting him to be my new MD.

Dr Zho was great. He checked a mole I was concerned about and ordered a biopsy. My primary had referred me to him earlier this year. The biopsy was fine but still good to have it checked

He is so nice and easy to talk to. I feel he cares his patients deeply and am glad he was my doctor for my physical concerns.
