Nicole Mulkey is an excellent provider. She is though and also very kind. She never rushes me and makes sure to document things well so that any changes until the next visit are available and accurate. Her front staff and medical assistants are also very helpful and kind. Never have to wait to be seen as they always run on time.

All of the providers I have seen through Kadlec have been wonderful. If I am sick and need to see a provider quickly , I do not see my primary care physician because next day or even week out appointments are not available. In those cases I go to an urgent care instead.

Nicole does a great job, she listens to your concerns and is very personable. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the wait in the examining room from when I went in until she came in was approximately 30 minutes

Very pleasant visit and service for my bi annual dermatology appt.

Some of the questions I did not answer because I didn't feel they could address the doctor or the experience correctly. I will say that my visit with Dr. Mulkey was very reassuring for the concerns I have. I thought that Dr. Mulkey had great "bedside manners" and which gave me a very pleasant experience. I left the office feeling more comforted/reassured than when I showed up for my visit. I have another appointment scheduled for May 2024. At this point I only have the visual examination and first meeting with Dr Mulkey to base my answers on. I enjoyed my time with Dr. Mulkey and look forward to our next meeting in May. If I was to rate my visit with Dr. Mulkey on what we accomplished, I would give the Dr a 10.

Provider & her team are excellent! My only problem was rescheduling within the timeframe I needed when the appt I'd previously made was cancelled by the office; they were booked & could only give me an appt 6 mos away (unacceptable for my medical condition); later I was called back & another appt was given to me within my medically required timeframe. I very much appreciate this extra effort/accommodation made for me, it all worked out in the end. Suggestion is only for the need for more providers, the care given is/was excellent!

Nicole is amazing, she is why I come back. The problem is, it's hard to get appt/or an answer, and then wait time is 6 months or more when you are a established patient.
