Receptionists are very nice and schedule appointments at the time that is best for me. Dr. Copeland is easy to talk to and prescribes medication appropriate for my medical issue.

Clinic is always courteous and professional. Have had some confusion with prescriptions and where lab work was scheduled.

Iley is very knowledgeable about my diabetic health and makes sure I have all the information I need to continue to acheive an A1C that is low for my age . He always explains anything new that might help me do better and makes me feel at ease in the exam which he does so thoroughly. I feel I can rely on him completely and always choose him to see . I trust him to help me with anything I need and he is very kind.

Dr Copeland is absolutely wonderful. He knows what I am going through and cares about all of me and not just one of the problems. He looks at the whole person including my falls, blood pressure and heart rate not just the diabetes. I would recommend him to everyone
