Iley is very knowledgeable about my diabetic health and makes sure I have all the information I need to continue to acheive an A1C that is low for my age . He always explains anything new that might help me do better and makes me feel at ease in the exam which he does so thoroughly. I feel I can rely on him completely and always choose him to see . I trust him to help me with anything I need and he is very kind.

I have been an insulin dependent diabetic for 35 years and I get great care from Dr. Kopland.

Dr Copeland is absolutely wonderful. He knows what I am going through and cares about all of me and not just one of the problems. He looks at the whole person including my falls, blood pressure and heart rate not just the diabetes. I would recommend him to everyone

Dr Copeland took the time to listen to my medical problems including about a fall over a month earlier and he checked the records from the ER without hesitation or prompting. Not only does he care about the diabetes but anything else that is causing problems or an uneasiness. He is a outstanding doctor.

I feel this survey doesn't really address new patient visits. I was scheduled sooner than I expected. The front desk staff were efficient, but their socializing was noisy and spilled out into the waiting room. The nurse was very thorough about updating my chart, meds etc. I felt the doctor listened to my concerns about medication and presented alternatives. All in all I'm comfortable with this clinic and physician.

Doctor Copeland is my endocrinologist. He explains everything. And talked about how Prolia shot has strengthened my bones and has brought my bone density from very low to middling now.
