Dr. Austin is an amazing doctor, I say this with great admiration, she is quick to analyze the patients concerns and how to best treat that concern. Facey Medical should be quite pleased to have her on It's staff of medical doctors. ENT doctors are hard to come by so it seems nowadays and are as Important as almost any other doctor In other various fields of medicine. I consider myself very lucky to have Doctor Austin as my Facey ENT doctor, while very "busy" (as are all Facey doctors!) she has always taken the time to assess my concerns and effictively treat my concerns.

Dr. Grace Austin is an extremely efficient, and knowledgeable doctor. Frankly, I am surprised she is still with Facey considering many clinicians seem to be moving to other groups. So long as she is still with Facey, I will continue with this group. If she is to leave, I will most likely move with her.
