I am fortunate to have Dr Eric J Lee as my Primary Physician. He provides me with the care I need to keep healthy and provides me sound advise on a very kind and professional way.

There was an issue with my initial appointment. The provider was not going to be available. They did call me and leave a message which I didn't check. When I got there they checked me in but the provider wasn't available. I had to wait until they found somebody that would take me in. They were extremely caring and helpful. It didn't seem like there was a lot they could do but they did everything that they could do. When I finally got my new provider, it almost makes it worth the wait. I have worked in the medical field in and out throughout the years and I'm pretty sure I will make him my provider. Everybody there was extremely helpful even when I was starting to get a little bit like an angry old man.

Dr Lee was courteous and professional. I am much satisfied with his care.

Dr. Lee was able to give me the information on my progress on improving my A1c. He encouraged me to continue on working on aiming for an A1c level of 7 or better. His recommendation on taking a nutrition class was very helpful in improving my diet in the goal of lowering my blood sugar levels.

I felt like this provider did not take my concerns seriously and was unable to tell me what is causing my symptoms or suggest other providers I may need to check with to determine what is going on with me.

Multiple health concerns addressed to Dr Lee and he took time to discuss with me and treat with cortisone injection, referral to physical therapy.

My pcp informed me of an erroneous input (good on him) of anemia/needs iron infusions into MyChart; it was an incorrect input by hospital staff (bad on them)

Dr Lee is a very professional, patient and understanding physician. He is an asset to the Diamond Bar office.

Dr Eric Lee , is a very thorough physician on examination of your problems or what brought you into the office. Always listens to you and what you have to say. He also gives you different perspectives of how he can help you get well. He and his team are a 10+There is only 1 problem his offices are all the way in the back sometimes it is hard to walk all the way down the hall. With a walker. When you have pediatrics up front of hall and adults in rear. Would be nice for us older patients to have shorter distances to walk when we have canes walkers ex thank you

I felt sick ,I needed care right away. My pcp can't see me that day. The receptionist asked if I'd be willing to see another professional and I responded yes and gave me the doctor's name and what times he is available. I felt glad , I am felt better after a breathing treatment although jittery. He explained the medicine can do that to some patients. He explained medicines are needed for my severe symptoms . He told me to call again if I did not feel better.

Sometimes the referral takes time specially for dermatologist which takes 6 months to schedule which is not his fault it's just how the partners work which is very frustrating to wait that long. I have no issue with Dr Lee I always look forward to see him because he listens to what I need and recommends the best treat possible.

Receptionist should make more eye contact and smile. They are the first Impression people. They were smiling and talking to their own colleagues. That should be their attitude toward the clients, not just fellow workers.The MA is excellent. She is a people person, she is your best asset. She smiled, made you feel comfortable, carried herself extremely well. Kudos to her.Dr. Eric is very very good. He took his time to talk to me. He knew my history to the T and must have read it before seeing me.The appointment to see Dr. Eric took 10 days. I think that's a bit long.The appointment with the PT is more than a month away. That's way way way too long.
