I always receive the best of care from all of the staff at the Providence St. Mary Hight Desert Medical Group. The ease of scheduling an appointment is outstanding, I really appreciate to lack of wait time when I get to m appointment. I am always greeted and received with warmth from the staff, including the reception desk, nurse and all of the providers that I have contact with.

My appointment with Martha Garcia was for a follow up visit. Every time I see her, she is always so nice and professional. She's very attentive to my concerns and whatever best possible healthcare needs that are necessary.

I just felt that I waited a while to see the doctor and she was there for maybe 6 minutes at most. Whatever happens, talk to the patient and listen to them.

Every professional that I have seen or talked to on the phone has been extremely helpful and met all my medical needs and questions.

She wasn't willing to listen about the circumstances, why I was there she thought I was there for a well check up

I went to the doctor and asked if the interpreter was coming. They said they would, but then they decided to use VRI (Video Remote Interpreter). I was relieved because I can communicate with the doctor and nurse through VRI. It's much easier and faster than writing on paper. I felt at ease with the doctor because they understood and were very concerned about my health. They also gave me advice on health issues.

PA was very quick. Had no time to discuss concerns that I had. I had to make ANOTHER appointment to address my issues.

Was given no useful information regarding the request that I made for respite care. Was not referred to gerontology or any other service that might have helped the situation.
