Ever since I've been going to the Tustin/Irvine office on Jamboree, I've been thrilled. It's 3 minutes away from work and I can go on my lunch break at 1:00 which I've never been able to do before. I've tried 3 new doctors there and I LOVE them all. I've got another new doctor to see in 2 weeks. Thank you for working hard at hiring the best out there. This means the world!

Dr. Leon was wonderful, very knowledgable, very kind and explained everything thoroughly In a way I could understand. Answered all my questions, I'm glad I made the switch to Dr. Leon.

Laura Leon MD has exceeded my expectations. She listens and truly give both ends of the what she can provide vs what we would have to to see what's covered. She explained everything in an empathic way that was truly needed. The Nurses were very friendly and kind.

It was my first visit to this office with Dr. Leon as a new patient. The facility was new and clean. The staff were wonderful the physician listen and provided instruction for follow-up care. My experience was great at this location. There needs to be more similar, set ups like The Irvine office

The staff and dr Leon were great, having moved from the Los Angeles area, it was such an ease to get in see the dr and not have to wait an entire month to be seen. It was great I was in and out without 30 min from arrival to my departure from the facility

Thank you for believing my issues and not judging or discussing my weight! As a large-bodied person, providers often focus on my weight even when that is not my concern. Dr Leon did not bring up any issues that I did not address first .

Dr. Leon Is an awesome Doctor!!! I would recommend her to anyone. Very easy to understand her analysis of my ailments and concerns. And a good listener. Although, she didn't have all my records, she remembered all my comments. It was my first time seeing her. I didn't tell her, but my father was a Dr., so I am very conscientious of my Dr's skills and bedside' manner too. Can't say enough great things about her. Warmest wishes to her!

This was my first visit appointment with Dr. Laura. She didn't introduce herself when she came into the room but overall was nice and responsive to my questions.

Dr. Leon is very professional, personable, and friendly. She is able to break complex problems down in simple bite-sized pieces. She shows empathy with her eyes and words.

Laura Leon only recently became my PCP due to Jennifer Wong's retirement. This is the second time I have seen her and have exceptionally positive experiences at both visits. I saw Dr. Wong for 30 years, but now I am happy to have Dr. Leon. She discovered something that was not the reason that I had an appointment and sent me to the hospital for monitoring where a serious heart condition was diagnosed.

Good meeting. Was surprised she didn't tell me to schedule my next appt in 6 mo., which was the protocol before Providence took over the practice. As well as having blood work done before my next appt so we could review it together.

This was my first appointment with my new PCP. Felt as though it wasn't as thorough as it was with my previous PCP, perhaps it was d/t not being my first appointment with this health system. There was no need for her to use her stethoscope or check my knee reflexes but that extra minute would have felt to me as though it was a "full physical" and not simply asking why I was there. Overall, her communication, treatment with courtesy and respect, listening carefully, and explaining in a way I understand was a 8. What would make me rate a 9 or 10 would be trying to establish rapport something as simple as "how's your day or what do you do for work" and the other would be what I previously mentioned to do a more "through exam". I really appreciate the friendliness of the CNA or MA that assisted me prior to seeing the physician. She was lovely and a positive personality.

Loved that the specialist set up many more tests to figure out my issues

Dr. Leon was very informative and patient with all the questions I had during my routine check-up. She's very thorough, explaining the process of certain steps and equipments throughout the appt. I felt at ease throughout the appt and felt reassured, never rushed. I'm very glad that she's my doctor :)

I don't like going to the doctor but Dr. Leon put me at ease and in just a short time together made me feel comfortable enough to consider seeing her regularly. Healthcare workers are generally overworked but I never got the sense that I was being rushed or brushed aside for the sake of time.

From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor I was very happy with the care and professionalism of the complete team here at Providence, I was very nervous leaving my GP at [ID] Care because she too was an excellent doctor, as you get older it is very hard to keep changing doctors because you develop a relationship over a period of time and to break that due to your change in medical insurance I feel should never be the case, so everyone is new to me her at Providence but I am open to give everyone a chance and not try to compare them to my previous doctors, I just hope this will be my last time changing because it is too stressful as you get older.

Dr. Leon was easy and reassuring to work with. I'm happy about the treatment I received and confident about future visits.
