It was my first Jeje seeing a new doctor after being on his provider for the last 24 years and she made me feel very comfortable. She listen to all my concerns. We came up with a game plan and I see her again in three weeks so I feel very confident that I made the right choice in choosing Jeje.

I like my physician called and explain my test results as soon as tests back from the laboratory.

JJ could not spend time for me for all my questions Told me-One more & she had to leave. Previously suggested a posture bra for me. Expensive & had hand in cast so could not use bra. Now suggested a device that is not appropriate for a 83+ year old women with poor posture.

Joanna was extremely knowledgeable about vertigo, which I've had for over 2 weeks. She could diagnose it and explain clearly the Epley maneuver exercises. I was very impressed with her professional manner.

I'm deeply concerned about the direction my medical treatment has taken. I have had two rather significant diagnosis. I have yet to hear from the doctor about either of these issues. Once the electronic report is delivered, I feel, the doctor should call and discuss my Issues or at least call for another office visit. But nothing!!

JJ is an excellent PA/professional. It is extremely difficult to get timely referrals from the Family Practice Group.

Really great visit - unfortunately had to wait 5 days to get the appointment.

Great physician, she listened & referred me to providers that followed up the next day. Only downside was the wait for the consult (4 weeks to get an in person appointment, so I opted for video consult).

The provider didn't seem to really listen to what was being said. She seemed in a hurry and a bit dismissive about our concerns. It was a disappointing appointment.

Everything is great when I go to my Dr's office. The only thing that can be improved is how long I have to wait to get an appointment. It usually takes over a week or two. The provider's are all excellent.

PA Johanna was knowledgeable, kind, concerned about my well being, and calmly explained what my condition was possibly due to. I'm happy to have met her, and I will ask to see her as my PA when I need medical advise, or dealing with an issue. Truly liked her, and how she handled my medical issue. I will see her again in about 3 weeks for a follow up!

I have only been coming to this office for a short time but the care is excellent. The receptionists at the desk are extremely personable, helping to ease a possible nervous moment. I have seen two doctors and one nurse practitioner. All three were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'm so glad I left my previous doctor.

They answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand.

I came away not knowing the cause of my dry cough. But jj was very nice.

JJ saw me through an ankle injury I sustained about a month prior to running a half marathon. I really appreciate the great care I received from her. She helped me heal and get ready for the race.

My last provider was very detached & unavailable. I very excited to have Joanne as my new provider. She even made me laugh when I was very nervous & anxious about an upcoming surgery.

Providers are great but difficult to get appointments in timely manner

My appointment was to obtain clearance for surgery. I could not get in to see either Drs. Schoenrock, my primary, or Montenegro. I was trying to get earlier clearance to be able to move up my surgery date. Joanna Plumettaz, PA was available to see me. She was thorough, professional, personable and treated me with kindness and respect. She was also Very good at looking at my current test results and drawing conclusions without being overly reactive to minor variances in those results. She took a very balanced approach. I also liked her. I would see her again.My comment about the practice is that the doctors are too busy and the wait to see them can be lengthy. Also, two to three days to return "messages" is too long. Having said that, Dr. Schoenrock and her staff tend to get back to me within two days.

I did like her. But I don't know her yet as my provider. Because was the first time seeing her.
