While she was very good at listening to my concerns and addressing them, I did not receive a thorough physical exam. She only listened to my heart. I am used to a much more thorough exam. Maybe I did not make my need clear but I did ask for a full physical.

Last visit went well. Previous was not good. It Was [Date] &!I was there for help with poor posture. Then I went to ER on [Date] with broken hand wrist & arm. Saw PA @ 11:0 was left in room in pain alone. Told to buy a posture bra. I was There over an hour in a room a lone. Left after about an hour. Stopped at desk to get Dr notes. No one there. Had to get home for pain pill

I had to find another provider as my last one no longer accepting my insurance. Dr Kelsi has been absolutely wonderful, very patient, listens to me and makes me feel heard. She gives me all the available options and empowers me to make the best choice for myself, all the while making sure I have all the information I need to make a decision and does not hesitate to provide recommendations when I ask her for them. She's truly the best physician I've had and I hope to work with her for a long time.

Best Doctor I have ever had -- both from a care and way of working (listens, provides feedback, explains what the medication Is, how It works, checks to see If I understand and might have questions. Has provided great referrals for both my wife and I to a range of specialists and where there are not a lot of specialists explains why that Is In Napa). I am very impressed with the whole team at Providence.

I went in for my 6 month check-up and told her I was feeling tired and also discomfort in neck area. I asked if she could order two blood tests. She ordered blood work and, went beyond, and ordered a thyroid ultrasound. Ultrasound showed I needed a FNA on nodules which she sent in a request for yesterday. Quick response! She was on the phone with me by the time I barely arrived home from the ultrasound. She is very proactive and knows what she is doing. I have complete trust and respect for her.

This was my first visit to establish care with a new PCP after my PCP announced he is leaving the practice. This was an awkward appointment for me as I found myself rambling trying to inform the doctor on my medical history. I happened to be having a very painful and uncomfortable medical issue and she listened and gave me the treatment my Rheumatologist who also closed her practice has been giving me for the same/similar issue for the last several years. I was quite relieved. Since it was my initial appointment, I thought I would get a little more time and was surprised when she listened to my heart for what seemed like a second and declared that my heart sounded great. She did not listen to my lungs. While I understand that I am quite healthy minus inflammation issues in my connective tissues and joints, it felt like she must have thought I was a hypochondriac, since I had just listed off a history of issues to bring her up to speed. I was nervous and rambled on about current issues, so it must have seemed to her that I might be a little unbalanced. I might not have felt this way had she not blurted out how my heart sounded good the way she did. I should heave made a list before the appointment so I could have come across like a normal person.

My provider took the time to listen yo my concerns and explain my options for treatment. She was kind, not hurried and respectful.

My appointment was fast and simple to schedule and dr schoenrock was amazing!
