Exceeded my expectations

The office is turning into an assembly line rather than a Doctor office.I came in for yearly check up with two questions...neather were addressed1. Watering in left eye and nose......might be sines problem...what to take or who to see???2. Hearing In left ear needs to be checked..not as good as right earLeft office with no answers on what to do or who to see...plus no appointment written recap...had to call and go back to pick it up.All and all I was given meds. Doctor thought I needed but no answers to what I thought I neededWhile your system looks good I think you forgot the person.

Always a good experience with Dr. Rosen

This was a pre op appointment. Dr Rosen was very thorough and pin pointed some concerns I had not thought about. He always listens carefully and explains in a way I can understand.

Dr.Risen is an excellent MD and is very knowledgeable, a good listener and communicator. And an excellent diagnostician.

Dr Rosen, for decades, is the best. He is attentive, focused and caring. I would prefer to get an appointment sooner when asking for one, I had to book six weeks out for this appointment Is my only downside. Mychart is a great tool for communicating with staff, very helpful.

No blood work order even though I have been on new medicine. Asked about another option for new medicine and was told to ask me insurance co. Doctor is now part time and changed my appointment date multiple times. I am a diabetic.

Dr. Rosen took a lot of time answering my concerns, giving a referral and ordering a chest xray. My only concern is his tendency to order medicine before offering lifestyle changes.

Dr. Norman Rosen takes good care of my medical needs.

Good experience

Was really impressed with this doctor, and very grateful to get in on such a short notice. If it wasn't for him, I probably would have slipped into a diabetic coma because I was in diabetic [ID] with an [ID] rating. I had no idea what was wrong with me and no history of diabetes. Very Grateful for Dr Rosen.

Dr Rosen was so kind. After the X-rays I understand more about my issue and my physical therapist says that he will help me manage it.

Always a great meeting

Dr Rosen has been my provider for many years, but this time I feel like he dropped the ball. My appointment was scheduled months in advance, or I would never have gotten in to even see him. His availability for appointments is very limited. This was a diabetic follow up and he went over my test results. But ONLY my test results. He seemed a little distracted. I am experiencing neck shoulder and arm pain. I was in obvious pain during this session. I tried to engage in conversation about my pain but he showed zero interest. Yes I am seeing another Providence provider about it. But as my Primary Care I felt he should have at least paid some attention to it. And I'm only seeing the other doctor because mine impossible to see on short notice. I left that day feeling angry and very unsatisfied. And still in pain.

Dr Rosen has been my family doctor for many years and I very satisfied with his treatment.

As always my favorite Doctor that takes the time to listen and help me navigate my medical journey

Dr Rosen always takes as much time as is needed and listen and listens patiently!

Dr. Rosen is a great doctor. My only worry is that he may retire someday..

Dr. Rosen always takes the time to listen and respond to questions I have. Some days I may have to wait for my appointment but I always come prepared for that because I know he takes the time needed with all his patients and he never makes me feel I'm being rushed thru my appointment. I like corresponding with the office thru My Chart. They always respond in a timely manner.

I always get get good service every time I go to Dr. Rosen.

It's a long waiting time both reception or room., but I see the dr giving quality time to all patients. Therefore it's okay to wait.
