Dr Chen is awesome, period! Listens, understands, empathizes and addresses all issues. Very comfortable talking to her about anything I want to. I wish it was a little easier to get appointments with her, because she's booked solid most of the time, but that's a sign of how good she is!

My physician, Dr. Chen is the quintessential superb physician that anyone would want. Thorough, empathetic, provides opinion based on facts and data and uses her heart and soul to present it to me, the patient. Cannot say enough about what a treasure she is for my health and wellbeing.

My PCP Dr. Megan Chen she's the most efficient and thorough about any health concern of mine. She referred me to Specialists if really necessary, but one particular Specialist she recommended I am not kin of. I rather see her and do the exam, but it's necessary to see other specialists with her recommendation. I am very comfortable seeing her and talk anything to her about my health wellbeing and I am always feeling positive of her responses. I am very pleased with her and her entire staff including the warm welcome of the front desk staff!

This was my first, but I felt she explained things well, provided information I would need to make health decisions, listened well and seemed interested in my personal health views. Megan Cheng is amazing, she is friendly and makes you feel very secure. I have moved to South Redondo and know I need to move my doctor. But I dont want to because Megan knows my history automatically and genuinely cares about people and her job. She always asks about my little boy and as a mother you just know that she is professional. But cares I would always trust my health in her hands. To finish off with she is amazing at assessing and recently caught a bacterial infection for a conversation on the phone. I can recommend her enough.

The best medical group ever meet

This was my first visit with Dr. Chen asmy new doctor. I had expected an examination, but that was deferred to next January. I made the appointment in February. This was the first availble time. All the results were posted on MyChart.The office visit with Dr. Chen was very pleasant and I think we will develop a good relationship.

Dr. Chen was one of the best docs I've been to! She really listened and seemed invested in my well being. And everyone at her office was awesome too :)

This was my first visit with Dr. Chen; I was very impressed and am glad that she will be my primary physician going forward. My only complaint was that it took approximately 6 months to schedule this initial "new patient" appointment. However, during our visit she was thorough, professional and also caring. She went beyond the usual by suggesting help for me with certain problems and sending me information after the visit ended. I appreciated her willingness to answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.

I switched doctors to "try" Dr. Chen. Best decision I've made for my health. She is so present in conversation. Listens to my complaints/fears about my health. It's like having a great, competent friend for a doctor. The receptionist went above and beyond in my case by finding an appointment sooner than was thought feasible. Grace, who took my blood, is very kind and was great in conversation. I'm very happy to have Dr. Chen as my physician. She Is also kind and calms you by her demeanor. All I wanted in a doctor was someone who would listen to me and give me confidence that they would do the best in caring for me. I found that doctor. Simple as that.
