My health team always pays attention to my concerns, we frequently use My Charts to exchange messages and info. Outstanding support.

Dr Downs has been God sent .. I moved to him after getting treated like I was crazy by my previous provider thst insisted it was all in my head , dr Downs came up with a treatment plan which included to see specialist who help to confirm it was not in my head..anytime I have a question even on the weekend I seem to have a response within 24 hr or so of course non emergency questions . I feel safe under his care which something I have not felt and even as my health is a challenge he always tries to find a way to help al?viate the problem and if he can't handle it he tell me that I need to see someone in the field to get confirmation he never dismiss me which on its self helps my emotional state which impacts my phisical.

My Dr always answers my questions and is very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Downs is the best Doctor that I have ever had. If he moves, I will follow him. He is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and I never feel like he is rushing me out of the room. All my concerns are always addressed. I am able to email him any concers that I have and he always responds and is always willing to follow-up my care.

Dr. Downs always takes the time to answer my questions to provide reasonable answers as far as the complexity of how he explains it makes sense to me is nurses, office staff lab personnel are always kind and friendly and more than willing to help me with any questions I have. My only concern is that since he is such a good practitioner that he will get very busy and make it difficult to get appointments with.

Doctor Downs is always up to date on newest medical procedures and drugs/jnteractions. He is personable and professional, and absolutely excels in patient care.

Dr. Downs is amazing. We used to live 2 miles from his office but moved 50 minutes away, about 7 years ago. Dr. Downs is such a good provider, we prefer to drive to our appts in another city versus finding someone else. That's how good my wife and I believe he is in all aspects of his practice.

I find Dr Downs to be very easy to discuss my health issues with.

I have a PPO and I can go to any hospital doctor or medical facility and I choose Dr. Downs with Facey because his professionalism his kindness his questioning his care is second to none. I've seen a lot of doctors in my days and he is by far the best so my suggestion is, don't do anything to screw up. Keep him around as long as you can.
