After my wellness exam in February, Dr. Sung personally got drinking water for me when he saw me at the hall waiting for a nurse to get me a second cup of water. Dr. Sung was on his way to see his next patient but he took the time to get water for me and I very much appreciate that.

Dr. Sung has been my doctor for many years. He is always respectful and he has a positive approach to the doctor-patient relationship, he treats me with respect and actively listens to my health issues and concerns. Dr. Sung makes eye contact, is personable and shows genuine concern for me as his patient. I mention this specifically because I've had physicians where they ask me questions and look at their laptop without ever seeing me (I'm there but relatively invisible to them). Dr. Sung works with me as his patient to determine the best treatment for me - he doesn't just take an authoritative tone and assign whatever he thinks will work for me. He treats me as though we are in this together - as a team to get the best possible results. Dr. Sung is always positive in his approach to my healthcare and if we come to a place where I am not comfortable with something - work to find an alternative. Dr. Sung shows concern for both my physical and emotional health and works with me to come up with what will create the best balance in my life in regards to my health. Dr. Sung is always positive in his demeanor and makes what can be a stressful visit (not many people enjoy going to the doctor) a positive one. I know his job is stressful but he always shows up with a smile when he opens the door. He He may not always be aware of how much that means to a patient but it makes a difference to be seen, to be heard and to be welcomed with a smile.

It was a great experience. It's always a great experience every year I come for a physical.

I came to the clinic too early 1:30 so I was waiting for a while but the service was good and the doctor was able to help my needs thank doctor sung for all your service and for saving life; don't ever loose that smile that you always has in the office I know you have your own problems, but thank you for treated the patient the way you do it very comfortable to in your office as a patient I will always remember you with that nice smile it make a lot of difference and make things more easy. This is the best Primary care doctor I have had. He listens, explains, and is eager to make changes if needed. He is consistent with what he says during the appointment, and what he puts in his notes. I had previous doctor who said one thing, and then noted the opposite and was reluctant to approve me for procedures and I ended up hospitalized. This Is why I changed to Dr. Sung with the help of Providence after care team. He is by far the best I have had in years.

Hard to get appointments.Had to wait three months for appointment with provider to go over blood work and scheduled for his first opening for physical in November, otherwise very satisfied with the provider and the office staff.

Front desk receptionist was very courteous and kind. Nurse who aided me was very nice and attentive. The Doctor as always was very attentive to my needs and respect my opinions and comments.

I love Dr Sung. But medical care has changed significantly since Covid. I miss the "old" days. Everyone seems more stressed. Referrals take forever. Fairly happy with Providence and this particular doctor but not so much everything else.
