I really appreciate having Dr. Houser as my provider . He always listens to my concerns and talks me through an answer or plan to my care .

I think my Dr and all the health staff are great and want my health needs are always taking care of.

He was honestly great. Ensured I felt respected and in control of what was happening with my body, listened and heard me clearly, gave solid options for me to choose from, was extremely patient with me, and had great bedside manners. 11/10 best doctor experience.

Excellent provider, taking time to listen about any health concerns

This was my first visit with this doctor and it was a positive experience. I've been at this clinic for over a decade and not all of my experiences have been positive. Previously there have been long wait time in the room and the provider has been rushed and dismissive of my concerns. My last provider was absolutely excellent. Thank you for continuing to aim at improving service and providing person centered services that are respectful to individual preferences.

Hard to answer all the questions in survey from my first visit with this doctor. So far, I have no complaints.

Dr Houser was very nice, professional and thorough. Not only did he prescribe medication for my urgent visit, he checked on my other health updates and suggested I get a pneumonia vaccine while there.
