I only answered that question about scheduling ease as poor because it was my first appointment and it was scheduled 6 weeks ago. Which would be ok but I had a medical concern I needed to address and that didn't speed up my wait time. I still had to wait a long time while dealing with pain because "establishing care appointments are scheduled months out" so that was highly frustrating. But the provider was great once I finally got in to see him. He had great bedside manner. He had a great sense of humor. He was professional and seemed very knowledgeable which gave me a sense of comfort because I've met many doctors who were not any of those things. I have heard great things about this provider and now I get to experience it myself as a patient of his. He also kindly offered to see my daughter. Which was great because I wanted to ask him but he mentioned it first.

Fantastic listener

He has from day 1 led me to have confidence in him. I am pretty skeptical going in to a new doctor. But I felt he knew what he was talking about. And that was really good I appreciate that he doesn't treat me like a mental case. Most doctors already have thier own minds made up before they even meet a patient. That mindset has killed people. But that's another story.

I was pleased with how respectful and courteous the staff was. I was told what to expect as the appointment moved along.

Dr. Grissom is a good listener and never minimizes my experience. He always treats me as an unique individual rather than a generic subject, is easy to talk to, and is sincerely interested in finding the best path forward for my specific needs and circumstances.

This is my 1st time seeing Dr Grissom. He was very thorough going through my health history and discussing my medications. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. I was concerned about switching doctors because my previous doctor was so great, but Dr Grissom is just like her so I am very happy with him!
