Dr. Grissom provides great care -- he is thorough and listens well, responds quickly to questions and test results, and is easy to talk to!

Dr Grissom has been very responsive and helpful. The nurses and front office staff are also helpful and efficient. The area that has critical and chronic problems is referrals.

Dr. Grissom is the best Doctor I have ever had

I only answered that question about scheduling ease as poor because it was my first appointment and it was scheduled 6 weeks ago. Which would be ok but I had a medical concern I needed to address and that didn't speed up my wait time. I still had to wait a long time while dealing with pain because "establishing care appointments are scheduled months out" so that was highly frustrating. But the provider was great once I finally got in to see him. He had great bedside manner. He had a great sense of humor. He was professional and seemed very knowledgeable which gave me a sense of comfort because I've met many doctors who were not any of those things. I have heard great things about this provider and now I get to experience it myself as a patient of his. He also kindly offered to see my daughter. Which was great because I wanted to ask him but he mentioned it first.

First visit to new doctor was very good.

He has from day 1 led me to have confidence in him. I am pretty skeptical going in to a new doctor. But I felt he knew what he was talking about. And that was really good I appreciate that he doesn't treat me like a mental case. Most doctors already have thier own minds made up before they even meet a patient. That mindset has killed people. But that's another story.
