Dr. Mitchell is the best doctor I've ever had. As a woman in her 40's who struggles with anxiety, I dreaded going to the doctor for years. When I first met with Dr. Mitchell, I felt heard, affirmed, and encouraged that she was collaboratively tackling my concerns with me. I'm very happy with the care I've received from her and the team.

I feel very at ease coming to see Dr. Mitchell she is a very likable doctor she takes time to go over what's goi g on in my life and to check my past patient history in my chart. She also checked my breathing, ears and asked me if I'd had any pain in my upper abdomen area recently, which I haven't. I was concerned about my A1c as it was high at last lab testing,so Dr. Mitchell ordered labs. Dr. Mitchell also is very proficient renewing my prescription medication.

Dr.Mitchell is an exceptional practitioner. She takes her time to speak with me and ask questions about my health. I always feel welcome and cared for when I visit her.

The purpose of my visit was met. Dr Mitchell is always compassionate and understanding concerning all my health care needs and concerns.

Dr Mitchell and her team of practitioners have been a safe home base for care as I went through a painful and stressful surgery. They all seem to be doing the best they can to retain human connections with patients within a medical system that does not Invest enough time nor resources to support optimal care. The medical care provided by this team has been excellent. They are great and our system feels broken as a whole.

Dr. Mitchell and staff always make my visit very helpful. Carefully go over with my concerns and offer ways to improve my health. I always leave feeling encouraged and all my questions answered.

The whole team was professional and helpful during my visit!!!One Question in this survey stated did I get an appt as soon as possible. Answered 'No' because could not get in for a week BUT the team in working with me put me on cancellation list and got in the next day which was helpful due to dealing with some pain. They listen and try to work with you the best they can!!!!! As stated great team!!!!

Yes, she is a good doctor, but I want her to tell me what I need to do for my life at this time on my aging. I'm not doing like I used to do so what I need to do in order to stay healthy those kind of thing like vitamins Food that I need to eat all kind of things like the doctor know about their patient and that's the thing that I'm missing out of it. The visit was great but I would have liked a bit more time. I hadn't seen Dr. Mitchell in quite a while. I have several health issues and we could have used a bit more time to get caught up on all of them. She did, however, address the specific issue I came in for. She is lovely and kind and very helpful.

This is not the provider's fault but I feel it is excessive that the earliest appointment to see her as a "new" patient was 6 months away. I am happy to be back with Dr Mitchell.

I love my doctor. She is kind and genuine; she truly cares about my health. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful PCP.

It was a good experience, and Dr. Mitchell is easy to talk to and get along with. I saw her for a routine physical, but did not have my testicles checked for any lumps or abnormalities, which was usually something I thought was part of a physical and should have been checked for. Other than that, it was a good experience and will continue to have Dr. Mitchell as my primary care provider. Next time, I will ask her if that is something that should be checked considering my age.

Dr. Mitchell was so wonderful to see me right away for the health problem I was experiencing. She was kind, caring, very knowledgable, compassionate and answered all my questions. She sent a follow up My Chart message to ask how I was doing to make sure the health issue was improving.

Dr. Mitchell has always been so caring and has NEVER made me feel like just a number. She listens and shows concern for me when it is needed. She has great compassion for her patients and makes me feel as ease when seeing her. She's the best!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Mitchell in the capacity of PCP (previous one left this practice). She reviewed all of my chart/ medical history, cleared up what was old and what was current, and reviewed my meds, discussed old and now current problems. She was kind, and very thorough. She reviewed all past attempts to deal with my RLS & neuropathy and came up with a plan to try combining two meds and she got the new RX to my pharmacy quickly. I then asked for help with knee & hip pain. She was proactive in reviewing old Xray dates and referred me to get new ones. She wanted reports on those before referring me to an orthopedic surgeon (knee vs hip). She explained each step clearly. After getting the Xray report in my MyChart the following night, I was amazed to find a message about if from Dr. Mitchell on Saturday morning. She is referring me to a knee specialist. She's very diligent and I appreciate it greatly.

I switched PCP to Dr Mitchell this past year and have learned so much it amazes me. She listens, explains, and treats accordingly. Had my last PCP for 10+ years. Should have changed a long time ago
