This had to be one of the best interactions in years. The people were super friendly and knowledgeable and the guidance was spectacular.

Dr. Tran was friendly and took the time to listen to all of my health concerns. He provided helpful feedback and suggestions for treatment. I felt like Dr. Tran had good background knowledge about my medical concerns.

Dr Tran is a great provider! He ordered a testosterone test for me a week ago and I still haven't gotten results back despite getting everything else back a day later.

I really appreciate Dr. Tran's bedside manner - his calmness makes me feel less anxious and he's always down to earth and approachable. Even when issues seem embarrassing, he erases any shame by how straightforward, friendly, and open minded he is. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and during procedures and exams always keeps you aware of what is coming next and what to expect.

My Provider and his staff are wonderful, but with that said I was lucky to have my appointment- last year I was not able to find an open slot to see him and I have a chronic condition. I am very luck Dr Tran continues on with Providence. I am always afraid he will leave and I would need to find another provider. I definitely Hope Providence does everything they can to retain him.

Dr. Tran always takes time to listen to everything going on with me. I never feel rushed through my appointment (which I have in the past with other insurance). The staff are always friendly, personable and kind which means a lot to me. The tech that did my blood work was so kind. She listened to me when I told her about which veins / arm usually has the best luck. When I requested a butterfly needle she was so nice/said no problem. When my vein started to roll on the first stick she asked me permission to "fish" I think was the term. I have never had someone ask me for permission on this before. Before we tried a second time she had me take a breath, and reapplied the tie on my arm and pump my hand. We were successful on the second time and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.Was one of my best annual check-ups yet. Thank you team!
