Dr. Bautista was great. I came in for a prescription for Thessalon pearls for my current dry cough. But find out I have a racing heartbeat. She ordered for an EKG and it was very high and suggested to go to ER. I wasn't concerned about it but she insisted. The reason why I stayed in the hospital for 9 days and find out I have AFIB. My thanks to Dr Bautista for catching it. I thought it was just a SOB which I have for a while.

This is The BEST doctor I've ever had. Providence has "some" excellent doctors.

I thought Dr Baptisa was very warm & accommodating. She gave 2 new Rx pop lid one lab with added things for them to look at. I did not understood what the one Rx was for. But when I got it, I noticed that it had many side effects & not sure I want to take it.

Dr Bautista listens to my medical concerns and take action for remedies.

Dr Bautista continues to provide the best care I have ever had from a physician. Her entire staff is amazing.

The care that I received from Dr. Ellen Bautista is exceptional. I feel comfortable talking to her about my medical Issue. I really appreciate how she listened attentively to my concerns, especially when I was first diagnosed in her clinic as diabetic. Her urgent action and professional advice have helped me manage and control my diabetes. Both she and her team in the clinic have displayed a high level of professionalism which really made me feel at ease.

Dr Bautista is the the best doctor I have ever had in all of my years at Providence which is close to or over than 20 years. She is attentive, listens to me and doesn't just do what was done before. She has helped me get off of some medications doctors had me on for years and put me on newer medications. My blood sugar A1C is down to 6.2 and my triglycerides is closer to normal than it has been in years. She listens to me even though I sometimes talk to much and is polite in reminding me about staying on topic. I can't thank her enough. She has restored my faith in the medical field.
