Your survey should ask if communication thru My Chart and not just by phone. We did message multiple times and discussed medication changes due to issues with one of my conditions. Dr. Mudrick is a prime example of what a physician should be and demonstrates exemplary behaviors in how to treat patients.

Dr Mudrick takes a thorough history, performs a relevant examination, and makes appropriate recommendations in terms of testing, options, and follow up. She is an excellent doctor because she gets the details from the patient without cutting corners, which allows her to order only those tests that are necessary. I like Dr Mudrick because she tries to figure things out and therefore recommend her with great confidence.

Dr. Mudrick is always up to date on what meds I'm taking, other specialists that I've seen, etc. It's clear that she's read my chart ahead of time, which I so appreciate, even though she has a full day of patients.
