I saw Dr Kakodkar as a follow up to my recent emergency hospitalization. She was very kind and encouraging.

Provider has good attitude, listen to me and has good answers for my questions. She is pleasant and has excellent customer service. She doesn't rush, she makes sure you understand my health and medications. She makes you feel comfortable during exam . Good provider.

Responsivity can be improved: It is very hard to reach this office by phone. I usually send questions through MyChart to this provider and get very delayed answersThe PCP doctor is very good, when I get to meet with her all issues are being addressed timely. I cannot say the same about the nurses and staff

A very good session for my yearly check-up. I had a list of questions that I wanted to address and the doctor addressed all of them in addition to other check up recommendations; for example, AAA exam and completing some shots that I needed. I have completed all the shots recommended.

Dr. Kakodkar is wonderful and so is the care team. The only frustration I have is the hold time to speak with someone. I've called this office a couple of times and each time I was on hold longer than 40 minutes, one time I was on hold for almost an hour.
