I had a wonderful experience establishing care with Dr.Nhan. She was welcoming, attentive, and took her time answering all my questions and needs. I didn't feel judged or anything to be able to speak comfortably. I'm looking forward to continuing my care with Dr.Nhan!

This was a get acquainted new patient with Dr Nahn. I was extremely impressed with her preparation for our appointment, her knowledge of my past health history and her knowledge of what we need to do in going forward.

The purpose of my visit with Dr. Nhan was to establish care and having her be my new PCP. Although I did not have a physical today, I felt that she went over my medical records thoroughly and addressed my concerns. She is very friendly and bubbly. I felt that she was very patient and listened to all my concerns. It was a pleasure meeting with her today and I'm looking forward to future visits with her. I have nothing negative to say regarding this provider. The only negative thing is that it took me 7 months before I could get an appointment to establish care. I know that this could probably be said about every doctor right now, it's just so hard to schedule a new appointment visit but I feel that now that I am a patient, I should be able to schedule appointments within a reasonable amount of time.

My provider was absolutely incredible. She was patient, respectful, kind, thorough and took her time to address all my concerns. She explained everything clearly and talked through the whole process. One of the best provider experiences I have ever had!

Dr. Bhan was great! her and I got along well and got to the bottom of the problem. Shared some laughs and made this whole process very enjoyable and not as stressful as I thought it would be.

This was my first visit with Bao. She was super kind and informative. I was grateful I was able to get in for an appointment. My primary care physician is exceptional but was busy. I was glad that Bao was available. I thought she understood exactly what I needed. I would gladly recommend her as well.

This was my first appointment Dr. Nhan. My very long-time primary care physician left patient care medicine & , sadly, I felt the need to establish a new relationship, ideally with a doctor with an office near my home. (That involved a search & a bit of a wait to get my initial appointment. Time will tell, but I felt immense relief as I met Dr. Nhan. She was warm, easy to talk to, very much on top of my voluminous medical records & medical history(!) , completely professional & yet as approachable as I could have hoped. (LOL. I was pretty much awed at the doctor's ability to annotate my file on her laptop, fingers flying, while still being fully present with me! Great eye contact, lovely follow-up questions, & suggestions on my care plan. While keyboarding, so that I got handed a synopsis of my appointment as I walked out the office door!!!) The office staff were great as well! Extra thanks for all that went into making a new patient feel I'd landed well. I think the practice of medicine in the US has become...well...disturbingly difficult in recent years. Sorry to go long, but many thanks for not making this patient feel like a widget on a medical conveyor belt.

This appointment was my first meeting with the new doctor, so it really was more of a meet and greet. I have scheduled an annual exam which will be in November. So far, I really like my new doctor! :-)

It took 6 months to schedule this new patient appt. This was well worth the wait. I really enjoyed Dr. Ngan. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I've been having issues quitting smoking and dealing with my autism, and my doctor helped prescribe a medicine to quit smoking and referred me to resources to find a good psychologist, while letting me know they have an emergency psychologist on staff if I ever need in a pinch. She was very kind and I felt very seen and taken care of.

Dr. Nhan was extremely informative and very attentive to my health concerns. I am happy to have found a wonderful caring doctor to have as my PCP.

My care provider Dr Bao Tran is a kind, compassionate empathetic person. She's calm and collected . She explains how to go about my health issues. What kind of consultant is best for my treatment and why . She notified me about my lab results promptly. She was NEVER in a rush like some others Drs do . She's a good listener. When I was anxious about a procedure that I need to soon , she sat in her chair and faced me, explained what will happen at the procedure. After her explanation I was calm and relieved. I will surely recommend her to my family and friends. She's God sent to me.

I really love seeing Dr. Bao Nahn. She makes me feel like an actual patient and I really feel comfortable opening up to her. She is the first doctor that actually cares about what I have to say, rather than looking for "key words" to just prescribe me a prescription. Dr. Nhan was great! This visit was to establish care as my new primary. It was frustrating that the significant timer I spent on the portal inputting my history was not visible to the doctor in her view of my record.
