Dr. Bonner, his staff and the facility is full service, professional and in general excellent.

He is friendly and caring, just would like him to be more proactive and not as reactive with his care. Instead of prescribing pills immediately, find out why pills may be needed or not necessarily needed.

Doctor Bonner had very short notice on this last visit. He has referred me to a pain clinic and they did not get my pain prescription into my pharmacy. That pain clinic asked me to have Doctor Bonner please phone in another month's worth of my pain medication while they were working with my Insurance on a course of action. I gave Doctor Bonner only 3 days' notice in order to help me accomplish this. His MA was quick to set up a virtual appointment for the very next day. Doctor Bonner always assists me even though in this case it was the pain clinic's responsibility to take care of this issue. That is why I love Doctor Bonner! It does not matter to him whose responsibility it is to take care of me. When I reach out to him for help, he is always there to answer the call and always provides exemplary service! I am hoping that he will stay in practice until I die so I don't have to look for anybody else. He is the perfect Doctor!!

Good experiences

Having had a previous doctor who did not function as a primary care provider and did not refer for important tests and who was almost always unavailable if I had a problem-long wait to be seen. Dr Bonner is very much appreciated!!!! I especially chose him as my brother-in law helped train him. I think Kadlec should expect more primary care from their primary care providers.

This was a visit to establish care. He was really nice and I feel good about him being my new provider.
