Every visit I've had has been a good experience and all my health concerns were addressed right away.

I like my new MD a lot. She took time and answered all of my questions and I had lots of questions. I like the mamogram room. I have never been to one that was so relaxing before. The lady who did the mamogram for me was very nice also. Sorry I do not remember her name.

My past care provider should work in a day care because he didn't care about me. I saw Dr. Marpaung and this she Cares about me and getting me answers and getting me well. That's a huge difference from the care I received from my former Dr. Who was actually a PA

It was just happenstance that had me choose Dr. Marpaung when I came to Providence but I was so relieved to have found her as my primary care doctor! She listens intently, asks questions to get a thorough understanding of my concerns and really wants to partner with me in treating me. She spends time finding out what's going on with me and how we can best address and treat the issue in a way that is effective and that I am comfortable with. It is obvious that she cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Marpaung is the best physician I have had with Providence. She listens, we discuss and we resolve health issues together. I have received care from several physicians that did not listen or seem interested in my care. With Dr. Marpaung, I feel as though I am a part of my health care team. All of my experiences with Providence, their staff, and their providers has been spectacular! The only downside I've experienced at all is that it's difficult to get a timely appointment. Oftentimes I'll schedule an appointment out a month or more in advance. I understand this is no fault of the providers as they have many patients they see all the time, just wish it were easier to have more timely scheduled appointments.

The MA for the doc. Was amazing too, she was cheerful and thorough. The dr. Took the time we needed to talk about med changes and I was feeling grateful.

The Healthcare provider did avery good job for what she had I need to have my medical records from a Healthcare provider in Arizona from spme stuff that was done in May and I've been struggling with them to get my records sent here so she can seee results from the tests that were performed

I think that Dr. Marapaung is the best doctor I've had in a while . She really listens and you can tell she really wants to help and help you to improve your health whereever possible. For many years, I used another place for my health check up/issues. My last check up there, provider did not do any of the normal things which associated with an annual exam. The Dr. Was kind and acknowledged my weight loss and asked about what I was doing she updated info so I wouldn't continually be honest about things I've already done. She made sure my immunizations were up to date and had me get my tetanus shot.

The doctor is great, however sometimes when I have health concerns or questions, it takes days to hear back from someone from the care team. Also sometimes the nurse calling back is not super helpful in her advise.

Dr. Marpaung is always helpful and seems really interested in my overall health.

Dr. Was great. Only concern was that it took 5 1/2 to get the appointment.

Was my first face to face visit with this provider; since my last provider retired, she was very friendly professional. Look forward to seeing her again.
