Good experience

Anna Shoolroy is the best PCP I have had in many years. She listens, she gets things done quickly, and I feel that she knows me and my issues. I just love her!!

I started going to Ana starting around 2019-2020 and at first I was scared, but meeting her for the first time was great, I've actually felt heard, and she was willing to sit and listen to things about my brain and about my health, never once have I doubted her not giving me answers that I need. She's a caring provider who brings light into the exam room every time I come in to see her. Since going to Ana for my doctor I've seen a massive improvement on the way I am and she motivates me to continue on and to never give up.

Dr. Schoolroy did a great job despite it being uncomfortable for me. I appreciate it her professionalism and concern for me.

I am a fairly new patient of Anna Schooly and just getting to know her. So far I have been very pleased with her professionalism and care.

Anna and her resident were extremely helpful. They listened closely to my mental health concerns and the high level of anxiety I am dealing with in regard to a family situation. At Anna's recommendation I started Al-anon but due to the family crisis was not In a mental place to attend the meeting and they both urged me to continue and to pick up extra meetings. Additionally, they encouraged me to take better care of myself with continued exercise and sleep. I understand that my rumination at night often deprives me of the rest and sleep I need and understand that those situations make it ok for me to use a prescribed medication. I am impressed with the authenticity of both of these professionals who gave me a time and space to feel safe to talk with them.

Anna has always shown herself to be very caring and thoughtful during my visits. She kept tabs on me during my hospitalization and made sure to calm me of any worries after the fact. I really hope she sticks around for a bit.

Anna makes me feel like she really cares about you. She is a good communicator and listens to me. She was understanding of my situation and didnt judge me.

Anna is a wonderful provider!

Anna was super empathetic with me in regard to my mental health. She helped me understand it's okay to take medication for my extreme anxiety and that I could make an appointment to see her again sooner than later. I feel like I need her expertise in guiding my mental health as well as my physical health, at her encouragement I have found a women's Al-Anon group to Zoom with. I had tried one of the two groups in Tri-Cities and it was not a good fit. I am pleased I reached out to Anna.
