I had a new patient appointment with DR. Phipps and she's already the best doctor I've had! She is easy to talk to and you can tell she genuinely cares. I will recommend everyone to see her!

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was taken back within 5 minutes of my arrival. I waited in the exam room for less then 5 minutes before the doctor came in. Everyone was pleasant and there was hardly any wait time. The doctor was very nice, helpful and listened to me without judgement.

I would not be alive today if it weren't for Dr Phipps thoroughness.

Dr. Shannon Phipps is very caring and always listens to any questions you may have. I never feel rushed during an appointment. She is an absolute wonderful Doctor who cares very much for her patients!! I am very lucky to have her as my Doctor!

I have always loved Dr. Shannon Phipps! I have never had a Dr that I felt so comfortable with and feel cared for! I always feel that she genuinely cares for her patients. I was deeply saddened when she had left family practice for a short time. I would be so lost without her!!

She is helpful and listens, but always seems in a bit of a hurry (as most doctors are). Exam was minimal, and didn't question much about injuries or difficulties. She voiced compassion and did refer for appropriate imaging to follow up.

I have moved to another area that is > 50 miles away and I choose not to give up my provider because she is awesome!

I needed help with a serious medical issue. Dr Phipps was wonderful. Caring, compassionate and thorough. I really appreciated that she heard me.

Dr. Phipps was great, she listened and didn't minimize or blame my issues on simply being a female. I am less than thrilled with the wait time to get into the sleep specialist for an appointment. All the testing I have had done in the last 3 months has been excellent and the staff at all of the testing were amazing.
