My provider give me understand information about my health. She follow up my medical history and give me a good health care.

I had Covid a few months ago. And Pac Med was very responsive to my needs and the medication that I needed. Plus they went through my current medication's and talk to me about what would contradict my Covid medication. That was very helpful.

Everyone at pacmed Beacon hill tends to be very kind and helpful. When things do go wrong, they seem eager to help fix it.

I've been seeing Dr. Waterman for close to 10 years, and I have always been happy with the care she provides. She is courteous, knowledgeable and a good listener. I have never had any issues with her support staff or the administrative staff at Pac Med.

Dr. Waterman was caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. This was an urgent, same-day appointment and she still took the necessary time to address the problem in a very efficient manner. I would gladly see her again if my regular MD isn't available.

Dr waterman is an allopathic care physician. Part of my appointment was seeking orders for bloodwork for my hormones. I was refused the order for the blood work, which was very disappointing to me.

Dr. Waterman was straightforward and easy to understand. However, her delivery was sometimes blunt and off-putting. She also seemed rushed and was a bit rude in how she ended the appointment. She did not listen as carefully as I would have liked.

Things are good.

Dr waterman is popular, and it takes two or three months to get an appointment with her. That's fine with checkups but I'll often end up with another doctor if I have an immediate need. That's okay, but not ideal, but she's terrific so I'm sticking with her.

I was able to get in and see a provider quickly. She was knowledgeable and helpful and got me scheduled to my regular provider the next day.

Dr Waterman was attentive but stern and cold when speaking to me. Overall she was fine but not very friendly or easy to talk to.

Dr. Waterman has always been great for both my health and my family. Taking care of our whole family she always looks big picture at our family as a whole which is really helpful when creating a care plan that works for us.
