I absolutely love the care I have received from the medical providers and staff at Providence! It has been the best care I have ever had! The providers are so knowledgeable and so caring!

Kacie was able to quickly narrow down what was wrong- she made sure I got an X-ray during the visit. She was proactive in requesting an MRI and encouraging me to attend the ortho appt I had scheduled for the following week. It looks like I may have a labral tear and that is what Kacie thought was a strong possibility to rule out with an MRI which I am scheduling thru the Ortho.

My provider was especially kind, respectful and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable, reassuring and very friendly. I was very nervous for my appointment and left feeling way better and more relaxed than I came in!

Always takes time to listen. Gave me my blood test results as soon as she received them. She always get back on any additional information she can get for me. I respect her and trust her judgement.

Kacie is truly phenomenal! She is so kind and knowledgeable. Every time I meet with her, I come away feeling seen and also well cared for as well. She also is honest and educates me about things to be aware of and next steps to take in improving my health. With her help, I have seen dramatic improvements in my health. Very thankful to have found her!

Good balance of personal care and expertise!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily I could get an appointment to be seen. I anticipated being sent to an outside urgent care which would have been nearly impossible due to having the norovirus. The entire care team made things so quick and easy for me while I was extremely sick. Without them I would have been much sicker and far more miserable for hours if not days. I am very grateful I was well taken care of in such an extremely quick manner.

Kacey is on my primary care physician's team, and she has been an absolutely instrumental part of my health care over the last 2 years. When my PCP has a full schedule, I know I can trust Kacey to be up to date on my health records and needs, and be completely in line with the care plan my PCP and I have set forth.

Always listen, address guestions and problem in intelligent and understandable way, respectful and freindly.

Kacie doesn't make me feel like a number. She doesn't make me feel rushed. She's sympathetic, empathetic, sweet, she types really fast and still talks to me. She's knowledgeable and thorough. I hate that I have to drive to Camas to see her. Thankfully It's not too often. My Chart messenger is a great way to ask her anything.

I scheduled my appointment online. Easy peasy. Kacie is super nice, sweet, addresses my concerns and is professional. I live in La Center so the battle ground location was better for me.

Kacie is fantastic! She thoroughly educated me on some concerns to keep an eye on, and also gave me lots of information that better helps me track my health for potential issues moving forward. We also made some plans for next steps I need to take with some upcoming exams. It's always a joy to see her, and I leave encouraged and helped!

My care team saved my life. They listened to me and didn't try to diminish me. I was in a horrible place and they were the only people who actually helped me.

I was not feeling well for about 3 weeks, had a major cough and wasn't sleeping, as well it was very hard to breathe, was able to call in, because my regular doctor was backed up due to the inclement weather the week before, however they were able to get me in the next day with Kacie. She listened to what was going on, checked me out with taking my blood pressure, temperature , listened to my breathing, and talked with me about what she wanted to prescribe for medication, recommended that I stay home from work the rest of the week. I felt she didn't rush through the appointment, and would definitely see her again.
