I recently had a mammogram and the tech was exceptionally helpful and reassurance above and beyond her job.Additionally I have the best primary care physician (Dr Mark Halvorson) in the Kadlec system. He is kind, gentle, informative, and knowledgeable.

West Richland location is the best by far, front office people are very nice, lab technicians are very nice and Dr. Halvorson always genuine and listens to concerns, not afraid to recommend new medication if needed to help on the healthy journey.

Excellent service and care. Scheduled appointment online. Next available appointment was not for another 4 weeks. Nurse called next morning and asked additional questions. Given symptoms doctor saw me same day and got additional blood work and imagining ordered very quickly. Very knowledgeable, listens and provides clear information that put my mind a ease while we waited for results.

Dr. Halvorson is the only doctor that we transferred to that had read the patient chart and had a good sense of the medical history and conditions. He is current on issues when we have scheduled appointments. He and his staff work to get medical records from other hospitals to ensure seamless care.

Dr Halverson engages with you and encourages conversation. By doing this, I tend to be more relaxed around him. I feel he truly cares for each of his patients.

The patient has Dementia. Dr. Halverson addresses both the patient & caregiver in his directions & follow-up care. Dr. Halverson is an A#1 Physician we are ver pleased to be in his care

Always been a good experience

Called ahead to schedule any blood work needed before the appointment. Dr replied by with minimal amount of bloodwork needed. He had taken time to look at bloodwork results from other recent appointments and did not request testing for results that were already available. A good thing.

Dr. Halvorson is very easy to talk to about issue you may have. His MA is very nice as well. I had to schedule a return visit and the gal who did that on the way out didn't smile at all. Maybe a bad day, we all have them from time to time.

Dr. Halvorson has been very caring and helpful while delving into the mystery of my illness. He is very helpful and resourceful in trying to figure out my health issues. Highly recommend him.

I throughly enjoy going to this provider He is always positive and very knowledgeable of all my medications and any concerns I have he is very patent and addresses all my concerns. It is always a good experience when I visit the clinic. Yhe front staff is always courteous and helpful. The nurses in back are always courteous also, and quick to get done with the questions and other stuff. Dr. Mark is great to work with, I like his questioning attitude.

Dr.Halvorson is a great doctor. I am blessed to have him as my doctor. He is beyond patient and always willing to listen as sometimes I know my ongoing issues can be frustrating, although he never makes me feel anything but cared for and listened to. Kadlec needs to make sure to hang on to him! Unfortunately in this day and age it's difficult to find doctors like him.

Dr. Halvorson is the most kind and compassionate physician I have seen in the Kadlec system. He spends time listening to my frustation with the breast cancer care/treatment I have received from the Kadlec system. I greatly apppreciate Dr. Halvorson goes above and beyond to get referrals sent promptly and to give me results of studies very quickly. I wish there were more physicians in your system that treat me with respect Dr. Halvorson shows and are willing to really listen to my thoughts and concerns as Dr. Halvorson does.
