The doctor is very attentive and positive. Everything became clear to me what to expect from my surgery. The doctor had a calming effect on me.

Dr. Hay knew my medical concerns for having a problem checked after I had seen my local dr. She listened carefully to my reason for being there and did testing that she thought necessary. She subsequently called me with an explanation of the results. I was/am very satisfied with the appointment and the after care.

Dr. Hay has provided me with excellent care.

Dr Hay is great, she explains things in an easy way to understand and makes you feel comfortable asking any question. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with the patient and family members as a group when necessary. Dr. Hay is an excellent Doctor. I am extremely grateful I got her as my dr.

I thought Dr. Hay was very well versed on the plan and what she would do. I agreed with her plan and never felt pressured.

Dr Hay helped to put me at ease over tests done in the ER. She explained all scenarios for my upcoming surgery. I appreciated that someone called back as a follow up to my stress/anxiety score from my initial appointment.

Dr Hay is wonderful Scheduling an appointment is a nitemare

Dr Hay is absolutely the BEST doctor. She has seen me through a difficult cancer diagnosis and has provided fantastic emotional support as well. She has an approachable bedside manner and always makes me feel she is there for me. Thank you, Dr Hay!
