I've been going to Dr. Franks for the past 20 years because she is gentle, explains well, reassuring, top notch, cares about her patients health, & is the knowledgeable doctor everyone should have whether for yearly well woman checkup or in those times when medical issues arise. Her proactive demeanor & empathy reassures patients that they're in good hands & teaches us all to be proactive about our health. Amazing doctor. Did I mention my sister goes to Dr. Franks & delivered my nephew 23 years ago? And my mom was a patient of Dr. Franks for decades. And when she sent mom for a routine mammogram it was Dr. Franks who called mom to let her know something in scan did not look right. It was a stage 1 cancer & our family has been so grateful to Dr Franks for sending mom in the first place. Mom had radiation & was a survivor in so many ways. Thanks Dr Franks for ALL you've done to help our family & thousands of people at St Jude!!

I have been using St. Jude Heritage since 1981 and have been very pleased.

The care provider for this visit moved to a new and better location. I saw her six months ago and at that time the office let me know but when I received a reminder about the appointment there was no reminder about the new location. I went to the old location and the lady was very helpful to guide me to the new location but if a reminder is send, it would have been very helpful.

I work as an [ID] and I can say with all certainty that St. Jude is the best is the area.

I have no bad experiences every one is very attentive and helpful, I'm satisfied with Dr.Theresa Frank, she has listen attentively to my medical needs and is very informative in the questions I have regarding my health.

Dr Franks has been my provider for many years and I enjoy her professional and calm demeanor when she speaks with me about the topics I ask or want to discuss further with her. Shes a wonderful provider.

I believe it took 5 months to get an appointment. This is way too long. Dr Franks is a wonderful Doctor. She is the only reason I would recommend providence.

Dr Franks rarely gives eye contact whenever I visit her office. Her voice is calm, and she asks if I have any additional questions, but the lack of eye contact is concerning. This is the 2nd time I am reporting this. But it's been going on for a few years now.

Dr Franks and her team provided excellent service. She is not chatty and that is her personality. I feel that if I was prepared with questions, there would have been little talk. I liked the new office. I was in and out fast.

Dr. Franks is a good doctor. I have been seeing her as my gynecologist for almost 30 years. In that time we have probably spoken 100 words to each other. She is not the most verbose , personable person, but she is efficient. Luckily, I have not ever been plagued with gynecological problems to warrant much of a conversation with her. She is very friendly to me in that she smiles when she greets me.

I asked a question and she didn't answer it directly. She suggested I take progesterone and I asked if there were any side effects and her response was "Yes, not bleeding." That's the reason I went in so it wasn't helpful that she didn't explain fully the purpose of the prescription. Otherwise she seemed nice. Bedside manner couldn't been better but maybe she was in a hurry

I have been seeing Dr. Franks for some time now. Although she is quiet, she is a very good doctor and a great listener. Always asks if there is anything else she can help me with and always addresses my concerns. In fact, I messaged her through the portal about something and she was quick to reply with an easy solution which helped my issue. I love her medical team and the gals in the front office as they are always kind and helpful. :)

Had no familiarity with my medical records. Recommended birth control when I am doing IVF. Suggested my IVF doctor was causing ovarian overstimulation without knowing if I was doing a stimulation cycle, which I was not. Did not provide useful information. Bedside manner was poor.

My experience at this particular provider's office has consistently been mediocre. The provider and staff are kind, however it feels void of any personable, individualized care. Repeatedly I get asked about my menstrual cycle, when I underwent a hysterectomy 3 years ago by this very provider. A simple scan of my chart prior to my appointment could give the impression that I as a patient am an individual, rather than just another number on the calendar of appointments to be seen that day. It is so off-putting that a simple step like this is not done. It makes me believe that other personal information is overlooked. As soon as the doctor enters the room, the patient is told to wait before speaking so the chart can be reviewed. It is a robotic, sterile interaction. I appreciate the knowledge my provider possesses and respect her position, however I believe due to cramming too many patients to the schedule makes the process of seeing this doctor very robotic and emotionless. I recommend less focus on patient numbers and surveys and instead prioritize the individual patient's needs. It would make the already exposing, vulnerable nature of a gynecological exam more comfortable. Please understand I am satisfied with my provider, just not the mechanical nature of the office. It Is not her fault, rather the expectations and policy of administration. Thank you.
