Dr. Bittner has been super! His approach is straight out, and concerned. He performed a carpal tunnel release on my right hand. It is almost normal again!

From the time you walk into the office, the front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful, as always. The MA's are also very professional and friendly as well, as they work you up prior to being seen by the doctor. The whole office experience makes you feel at ease and not in the least bit uncomfortable, as well your questions and concerns are addressed.

Visit was a pre-op visit. Check in and waiting in room was very quick. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Bittner answered all my questions about my upcoming surgery and what I can expect post surgery.

He is great. He's very straight forward on your issues and concerns.

I think Dr. Bittner explained more or less what to expect in the upcoming carpal tunnel release surgery, about recovery and pain, how large the incision will be, that recovery starts from the neck down, one inch per week. (That's a lot of Inches!) My husband heard he has been doing this surgery for 45 years.

Dr. Bitner will be removing a cyst from one of my fingers this Wednesday. This visit was a pre-check and he answered all my questions about my use of the hand/finger as it heals.

Receptionist nurses and doctor exceptional customer care. Dr Bittner Is direct answers questions quickly and gives me copies of everything that he is just dictated into my file. I like doctors who are direct. He has been very helpful with my problem that started in 2022. We are in the process of eliminating what could have caused certain medical issues. I'm extremely comfortable with him and again I like a doctor who is direct doesn't do the sort of kind of answers and follows through.

Dr. Butter is very thorough. He wanted me to see a neurologist prior to even seeing him. He explained those results to me during my visit. He also told me about the z rays done. He was patient and answered all my questions.
