Dr K is wonderful. My baby sis just got a nasty cancer diagnosis and he spent time explaining it to me and helping me understand her situation. He corrected my misunderstanding and helped me to better grasp her issues. I was so thankful and relieved.

The care is always performed in a highly professional manner.

These visits are follow up to my cancer treatment. Dr Konde keeps me informed of what my progress is and what each test means post radiation.

We are very impressed with Providence overall. We have seen excellent providers, both MD's and other providers have been excellent.PROBLEM: we do not seem to be able to get aProcidence primary care provider! We hope this improves. We would like to have a primary care provider within the Providence system.

Short wait times, courteous and caring staff, and Dr. Konde was very prepared for my visit with test results explained so I understood them and took the time to answer all my questions!

All experience were very positive from everyone that helped me.

It seems we are rushed and my thoughts get changed for questions or concerns I have. But I definitely feel this with me my ARNP. They rush us because they have very limited time with us and honestly I blame the insurance companies. Dr. Konde is the best and I brag about him constantly. He is amazing and is awesome at what he knows and does.

Dr Konde and all staff are very caring and warm. Even though this visit is about my cancer, I enjoy coming for my appointments. The lab personnel are marvelous.

Only experience that I do not care about is the pre-check-in process. Sometimes I believe the questions are a little confusing. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Providence to anyone that need services. Thanks to all for your great service.

He listened to me. He addressed my concerns. He completed orders for tests and referrals. Extra blood tests were ordered. I received all results with the Providence app. Some tests I was not familiar with their purpose or results. The doctor did say that if there was some concern about results. I would be contacted.

Dr. Konde is amazing! He never tries to rush me and always takes the time to answer my questions! One time I forgot to ask a couple of questions that were important and he immediately came back to help me out and answer them when he heard me tell the nurse that I had forgot to ask. He is so knowledgeable!

Dr Konde is a wonderful oncologist and always listens to anything I have to say. Office and nursing staff are great.

I really appreciate Dr Konde. My only negative feedback is when I ask to see my results for x-rays and Imaging. He shows me on his monitor by moving it around to quickly pointing and moving quickly I don't really get to clearly see it. Visits are quick like a whirlwind. But, he has been an awesome oncologist that truly seems to care about me as a person. I feel blessed to have him. I feel he is quick because he is required to in order for scheduling to stay on track.

Dr Konde is caring, kind, and very knowledgeable. Since he is an oncologist, I do not want to have to return. If I did have cancer again, I would want Dr. Konde treating me.

It has always been excellent. Without having insurance coverage in place yet I am always concerned about being treated differently as compared to someone with the very best insurance. That has never happened , they have done everything to help me get the coverage I need.
