This was my first visit with the Provider as I changed to him as my PCP on March [Date] 2025. I was impressed with the office staff and Dr. Whitmore. All the team members were very professional, knowledgable and helpful!

I'm new patient, so I'm looking forward to coordinating my medications including refills.

I was looking to change primary care doctors and I really like Dr Whitmore. He seemed to really care and listen to me.

None great doctor

I appreciate not sitting in lobby for lengths of time. The staff takes me to the room & behind my appt with questions regarding my health. I had an 8 am appt It started @ 7:45 & left before 8:30. Seen my Dr & was very satisfied.

They always take good care of my, questions Problems.

I was especially impressed with the time that Dr Whitmore took; the questions that he asked to gain understanding of my past; and his direction for the future. I was also impressed with the notebook provided for keeping track of appointments, etc. I will definitely recommend this office to others.

I just spent a year coming back from a serious illness-one of my fears was getting it again so l asked Doctor Whitmore about about urine tests every month and a half he said l can't do that did not explain why but gave me a lab request for a test now and that was that -- for the record l had sepsis and it went to my brain one year later here l am but live in fear of getting it again-l think staying alert and prevention is due here-- thank you

This visit was to assess my health condition and review of my health history . I was transferred to this MD since our MD has a new positioned. I love how the office is managed and their structure on who to call for diff . Issues . The referral was efficient , and staff were pleasant .
