Dr alam has been a great doctor. My records were not easy for her to find my main concern. She said she would need to look thru my records to find my appointment with a dermatologist

Dr Alum has been my MD for many years. I think she is one of the best providers in the Santa Clarita valley.

My appointment was originally scheduled for a pre op, but I ended in the hospital for 4 days. So I changed my a appointment to a post hospital check up. I have been seeing Dr Alam for many years, and absolutely love her, and her. She knows who I am without checking my file, but yet goes over my files to see what's new. She's extremely easy to understand, and always sees what's new. My pre op and surgery where rescheduled, and I also scheduled a follow up in a month.

I mentioned to Dr Alam that I have pain in my right knee. She had x-rays ordered and performed immediately. She prescribed diclofenac and the pain is completely gone!! Very grateful for Dr. Alam!! Dr. Alam has been my PCP for many years. She has always listened to me and explained all tests and test results with me. I hope she never leaves Facey.

I like the provider but she constantly interrupted and talked over me.

I am very pleased with my provider. Saying that, I have multiple chronic health problems dating back since I was 25, now I am 63. I have very complicated health problems. I am a RN and know my body very well. Often I know what the problem is, but at this time it is becoming harder to tell. My health is deteriorating I am much older physically than my age of 63. My PCP realizes all of this and really understands my condition. She has worked with me for the last 9 years. I am very satisfied with her.

Dr. Alam is always professional and down to earth. Enters with an enthusiastic hello and warm smile. Knows my medical history without looking at her screen, talks openly, explains the why of things and listens well to my concerns and gives advice for any F/U needed.
