Dr. Billy Zhang was so chill, relatable and easy to talk to. I usually hate going to see a doctor, but he's an exception. No apprehension or reservation talking with him whatsoever, and he's very respectful.

This is my first visit to this Irvine location. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the office. All the staff members were very professional. I am also happy with the imaging center. Although I noticed there is not a lab for blood works etc. It would be wonderful and convenient to have the lab located within.

My visit was tele-health and my usual primary physician was not available. Dr. Zhang made himself available right away. He treated me with the utmost respect and asked me all the questions to get the information he needed to help make his informed decision for care and next steps. He also made himself available to help me navigate my next steps and helped me with some confusion I was having by getting back to me right away. In general, I've had great experiences with Providence and it is physicians like Dr. Zhang that lift your organization above the others. This young man is going to go far!

Dr Zhang is the best doctor I have met in a while. He was incredibly respectful, informative, and very helpful when I visited to get my immunizations.

I had a fantastic virtual appointment with my provider. I had a previous in-person visit with him in April, but I never heard back about lab results or the status of my previous visit, so the virtual visit was a follow-up to my April appointment. My provider was apologetic for the lack of communication and was more attentive during my visit on [Date]. I expressed I was still having some medical issues related to my prior visit, and he immediately scheduled a follow-up imaging appointment that was approved by my insurance carrier immediately. This same imaging request had been previously denied but thanks to my provider I received the medical attention I needed.

For a first visit it went really well everyone was helpful and friendly. The nurse who saw me first before the doctor was really nice. The doctor was very kinda and understanding he listen to all my concerns and questions.

Dr. Zhang is an excellent doctor, he makes you feel valued as a patient. He never makes you feel rushed or that he is in a hurry to move on to his next patient.

I'm disabled and see a lot of doctors for my conditions. Out of the 80ish doctors I'd say he is by far the best one. He had a very calming demeanor about him which put me at ease, he took time to answer questions, he sent the referrals I needed asap and explained a change in medication so I could understand better. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush or treat you as a burden. I'm very lucky to have found such an efficient and caring doctor.

The receptionist was very polite, and Dr. Billy Zhang gave me the best advice possible, and did a great evaluation of my overall health performance. This group location was by far one of the best experiences I ever had. Great job!

Dr. Billy Z was amazing. I told him the Issue I was having and he was able dial in on my symptoms and was able to prescribe a medication that has helped me tremendously. It has been absolutely life changing. I suffered through this issue for years while I had Kaiser and no doctor was able to solve my problem. On my first visit with Billy, he was able to find a medication that solved this. I'm extremely grateful!

I can send a message on MyChart, which I had done on a Sunday afternoon figuring he would read it Monday morning when he came in. No, he responded that same day in the evening. I was glad to guess I've been treated better by them than any other doctor I've had. I'm so happy I changed From the ones at the Saint Joseph location to the new location in Irvine the whole staff is fantastic in such a beautiful clean facility and Imaging Center is right in the same building down the hall. Just a very experience and they are so thorough they're doing thank you for opening that office.
