Dr. Pace is an excellent doctor explaining conditions, medications and all healthcare concerns of mine very clearly. She is personable yet thorough without being overbearing in my view.

Transitioning to Dr Pace after being a patient of Dr Donald Pratt for over 25 yrs was not easy. However, Dr Pace took the time to review & discuss my medical history & perhaps different avenues to pursue in managing my health. Dr Pace is an excellent physician! It is often hard to get in to see her so I often self-refer or go to urgent care. I like to have my annual physicals around my birthday, which is in February, but due to her busy schedule, my wellness visit was in July! I would definitely recommend Dr Pace but also warn that it may be difficult to get in to see her when the need arises. I prefer not to be seen by her PA as a substitute. Thank you for asking.

Dr Pace was understanding, very thorough, non-judgmental, and very good at explaining. I only wish it wasn't so difficult to get in to see her. Her receptionist and PA were also friendly and helpful. I felt valued at my appointment.

Some of your questions applied to the past three months. In the past three months I have not need much medical care, everything has been going well, thanks to Dr. Sarah Pace's good preventative care. She and her office are very attentive when I have had medical concerns and crisis. They call whenever something is going on. Last December I thought I was having a heart attack. ER got me right in and did an EKG and blood work. Once they determined it was not an immediate attack they left me to sit in an over crowded waiting room for 6 hours. I had no answers. At home I looked at my labs and went to bed planning to call Dr. Pace in the morning. The next morning Dr. Pace's office called me stating she wanted to see me immediately. I got in that morning with full explanation of what had happened and a course of action to prevent it in the future. I can't praise her enough for her conscientious care.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Pace takes to understand and explain the topics we discussed. My only issue was the length of time it took for this initial appointment, which I believe was around a 5-month wait.
