Doctor Zahara Shahim, listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. She spends all time needed to address my issues. She is personable and kind. I appreciate her.

My visit was my first with my Doctor. It took a very long time to get the appointment but once I met her I was very pleased with her and expect she will be my primary doctor from now on.

In the email I received concerning the emailed said my appointment on June [Date], 2024 was at 12:00 AM. My actual appointment was at 10:00 AM. I think Dr. Zahara Shahim will be a good fit as my primary care physician. My previous primary care physician was Dr. Philip Cecchini, he recommended, Dr. Sarah Brewer, but she wasn't taking new patients. So Dr. Zahara Shahim was the follow up recommendation .(I wanted to keep Dr. Cecchini as my primary physician, however, distance to his office was quite far).

I changed doctors because Dr Nieto, my primary doctor, is retiring. I am very satisfied with Dr Shahim.

This was my first visit with DR. SHAHIM. I was referred to her for my Primary Care in this area by the Transitional Medical Clinic after my recent stay at Providence Mission Hospital. I have been a long term Patient of Providence in the South Bay, but because I've lived in SJC for 14 years, I was asked to make this transition to facilitate my care in this area. I found DR. SHAHIM to be pleasantly welcoming & to have knowledge of my Medical Records. She was happy to give me referrals to Specialists in this area as well. I look forward to us working together as my Primary Doctor.

My best experience was at the emergency room. That doctor was top notch. If he was my primary provider he would be my choice.I wasn't comfortable with the doctor that I choose. The only reason I choose this doctor was because she was new to this location with seeing new patients and had the earliest opportunity to meet me since I had an emergency visit weeks earlier and they advised me to see a specialist that I needed a referral for.

FIRST VISIT ..... IMPRESSED

This provider was a new provider. The PREVIOUS provider was inconsidered, not available for month, and during a visit had little empathy for me, was short and stressed.I had to switch provider. The new provider is wonderful, took time, asked many questions and we covered everything I needed to have answered.
