It was the first the with this doctor and in this facility everything went well. I liked going there looking forward to seeing my doctor soon.

Doctor is knowledgeable and provides good care. Waiting times, once you are in the back room this is an area that needs to improve. If you schedule an appointment and it takes months for an appointment to be available, then waiting times to see the doctor should not take 20 or more minutes. I need to set aside 2 or more hours every time I need to make appointments for myself or family members.

Our experience was 10+++ Starting with the clerk that help us in such a caring manner while still being so professional. The doctor was exceptional at answering questions & getting the med refills. We were very impressed/ pleased with the visit.Thank you so very much.

I always have only good experiences with anyone associated with Facey. It is a very organized, well run institution. I have blood test every three months and the wait time usually is very short and everybody there is very knowledgeable all the phlebotomists are exceptional.
