Dr. Pham has been my doctor for many years. He is very knowledgeable & if I need an authorization he gets it for me immediately. This was not a good visit. I waited over and hour to be called into to a room. First I met with a nursing student. She couldn't have been nicer or taken more time with me. I was the last patient of the day. She left the room to speak with & get Dr. Pham. He started telling me what I was to do which made no sense to me. It was the opposite of what I had been doing to get myself well. I tried to tell him that but he didn't listen to me. The student nurse quietly told him that he had the wrong diagnosis. Then he changed what he was saying. It seemed like he was in & out of the room within 10 minutes.He's been a good doctor for me but I am thinking that doctors have too many patients and after years they must get burned out. He was a very different doctor when I started with him years ago. I would change and am ready to change my primary care doctor but they all might be the same or worse.

Dr Pham: is most carrying Doctor. So grateful he is our physician.

Outstanding care

Took extra time to explain a change of suppliers for testosterone supplement that is in short supply nation wide and to offer some samples to supplement the needed doses to offset the increased cost.

I adore Dr. Pham. The day I had my appointment he had fallen behind because he spends so much time with his patients. I would've liked more time with him, but I understood what was happening. I will plan my next appointment in the morning with him.

Dr. Pham and his PA were excellent and very conscientious and caring.

Saw dr. Pham for 1 minute. Talked to some one in a white jacket the whole time. Very frustrating

I waited 90 minutes to see Dr. Pham, that's too long. He schedules appointments every 15 minutes and gets backed up very quickly. He is a good doctor, but waiting so long to see him is not pleasant and a definite turn off.

I trust Dr Duc Pham completely. He always listens to me and is willing to find other solutions especially when I need a medication change

Extremely late, I almost left without seeing the provider

This was my first time using a Provider at Mission Heritage Medical Group. My former Provider had retired, after seeing her for the past 20 years. Thus, finding a new Provider was approached with some anxiety. However, Dr. Duc Pham was very easy to talk to and impressed me with his knowledge, interaction with me and his focus on my condition and care. It will be especially appreciated when he see's me for my next appointment (30 days from now) to ascertain the blood/urine test results and recommend an approach to ensure my future health.

I had this appointment as a consultation for securing a new doctor because my regular doctor is retiring. My appointment with Dr. Pham went well. He spent plenty of time with me and offered practical advice on my health.

I would recommend this position doctor to anyone. He's a very good doctor It knows a lot about medicine and taking care of anyone
