Referred me to neurologist for back issues in mid January, and after 2 consultations, MRI, X-Ray, weeks of PT, pain meds, I will have back surgery within 8 weeks at my choice of convenient date.

Great Dr in all aspects. Was familiar with my history, medications and Drs I was seeing and what for. This was an initial visit and his age, 59 was of some concern , I'm 80 and wanted a Dr who would care for me till the end and he is moving out of my area

Dr. Lu is excellent. I have no issues with his practice. He Is a great Doctor and very responsive. I think it's fair to say that in today's medical care environment a GP Doctor is more like a coordinator of care and monitor of basic health information. The big problem with health care today is what happens when you have an immediate need of care. Urgent Care facilities and ER facilities take on that role. In days gone by if you had an immediate problem you would go to your GP. Now appointments generally take a week or more so that is not an option. You have to go to Urgent Care or ER. I think it would be prudent for large health care providers like Providence to invest in first rate Urgent Care and especially Trauma Centers.

Dr. Lu is an exceptionally good listener, knowledgeable and I trust him completely.

Dr. Lu really takes whatever time is needed to answer all my questions and listens to my concerns. He expeditiously gave me 3 referrals To be seen by specialists to further check on my additional health concerns that I'm experiencing. Dr. Lu is very courteous and I never feel like he's in a hurry. He also recommended a couple of immunizations that I was overdue. I strongly would recommend him to others.

Dr. Lu recognized and approved referral to a Urologist during my visit. He reviewed all of my prescriptions and ordered one new one.He always asks at the end of my visits if there is anything else I need to discuss with him.

I complained to this provider about pain in my knee and hip.The provider send me to do X-Ray, texted me back that the results are normal. HOWEVER -until today- I did not hear back from the provider about WHAT TO DO ABOUT MY PAIN!!!!!!! What is the plan or actions to resolve the problem!!! - NOTHING!!!
